Prosocia Housing was built around a simple idea. Clear systems, standards and accountability behind supported accommodation are important; but you cannot lose sight of the person. We try to bring those together, so the service stays organised and dependable without becoming cold or overly corporate.

For us, value is not just about providing a property or completing support hours. It is about whether what is being provided is right for the person and managed well, using time, properties and support in a way that is practical and worthwhile.

Referral partners are often dealing with situations that are already difficult, so poor communication or unnecessary delays only make things harder. We try to be organised, responsive and clear about what we can and cannot do, so people know where they stand and what happens next.
